Grade 9 1.5 Titanium Tube for Bike
Xubo's Titanium Grade 9 tubing is a titanium grade with excellent seawater corrosion resistance and higher mechanical properties than stainless steel. Ti 3-2.5 tubing can be bent at room temperature using standard bending techniques. It is typically bent at three times the radius of the actual tube diameter. In addition, thin-walled tubes require adequate inner diameter support during bending. Due to the high strength and low modulus of this alloy, the jump is approximately twice as high as that of stainless steel.

1. Basic Information：
Titanium alloy (3AL/2.5V) grade 9 is sometimes called semi-Ti 6/4. It has higher strength than commercially pure alloys and is easier to form than Ti 6AL/4V "workhorse alloy". It is primarily available in seamless tubular form and is used in aircraft and leisure industries such as bicycle frames and scooter bars.
