Product Introduction

We offer various types of titanium mesh, including sheet mesh, wire mesh, and stamped mesh, each serving specific purposes. Sheet mesh is expanded from titanium sheets, wire mesh is woven from titanium wires, and stamped mesh features circular holes with a minimum diameter of 1mm.

 

Titanium mesh baskets and MMO mesh anodes, both derived from titanium mesh, are also part of our product range. These products provide corrosion resistance and durability, making them ideal for diverse industrial applications.

 

Manufactured through weaving, stamping, or expanding processes, our titanium mesh options cater to different requirements, ensuring versatility and reliability in various filtration and separation applications. Weaved mesh is crafted from commercial pure titanium wire, boasting regularly square openings. These meshes with smaller openings are primarily utilized for precise filtration tasks, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

 

Stamped mesh is produced by stamping titanium sheets, resulting in regularly round openings, though customization is available. Stamping dies are utilized in this process, with the thickness and opening size being interdependent.

 

Titanium sheet expanded mesh, with diamond-shaped openings, finds widespread application as an anode in various industries. Coated with metal oxide or MMO coatings like RuO2/IrO2, these mesh anodes serve in cathode protection systems, offering versatility in different environments. The coating process involves plating or brushing, tailored to specific coating materials and manufacturing methods.

EXPANDED MESH – TYPE A, known as standard expanded mesh

It is characterized by its diamond-shaped openings, making it the original and most widely used form of expanded mesh. The strands are oriented at a sharp angle to the plane of the sheet, resulting in a dimensional appearance of the finished material. Additionally, the final mesh thickness exceeds the raw sheet thickness.

 

EXPANDED MESH – TYPE B, known as flattened expanded mesh,

It is created by passing standard mesh through heavy rolls to flatten the strands and bridges, resulting in a level surface. This process reduces the original thickness by approximately one gauge, making it ideal for applications requiring a smooth, slidable surface.
