Product Introduction
Ti-6Al-4V Grade5 Titanium alloy Sheet is a type of titanium that is made up of a combination of titanium and aluminum, with a small percentage of vanadium. This alloy is popularly known as Ti-6Al-4V and is well known for its exceptional strength and lightness. It's highly resistant to corrosion, and it can withstand severe temperature conditions. Feature：
High strength: The hardness and strength of GR5 titanium plate are higher than that of ordinary metals, reaching the level that other metals can't match. Its tensile strength is between 900-1000MPa, while the strength of ordinary steel is only about 400-500MPa.
Lightweight: GR5 titanium plate has the characteristics of very light weight. Its density is only about 4.5g/cm³, which is half of steel and one-third of aluminum. This means that under the same volume, titanium is much lighter than ordinary metals such as iron and aluminum.
High temperature oxidation resistance: GR5 titanium plate can still maintain excellent performance under pressure, atmosphere, temperature and other conditions at high temperature, and can be placed in high temperature and strong oxidizing environment for a long time, and it will hardly deform and oxidize , corrosion, cracking and other issues.
