Gr7 Titanium Sheet Plate Material
Titanium Grade 7 (UNS R52400) has physical and mechanical properties similar to Grade 2. Gr7 titanium alloy is characterized by the fact that it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment and is usually used in the annealed condition. It has good thermal stability and thermal strength.
Product Introduction
Gr7 Titanium Sheet Plate Material have excellent weldability, and can be welded by various methods under inert gas protection. However, the room temperature strength is low, and because it is an α-type titanium alloy, it has a hexagonal lattice structure and less slip system during plastic deformation, so the plastic deformation ability is poorer than other types of titanium alloys. It can work at 500℃ for a long time, and can be used to manufacture engine compressor discs and blades and other parts.
